Im out in the woods this morning and this thing won’t engage. I must have got a faulty one. Im taking all the steps suggested. Turn on, wait 5 seconds, press button. No orange light. I can hear the butane coming out but i can also smell it and it never seems to turn on. Bad first impression for me, the bugs are beatin me up this morning

I loved my thermaxell, until it just quit. It began starring without having to push the start button then a few days later it just stopped all function.
