hard to assemble

The instructions are not very clear and was difficult to assemble. I looks really cute and my son likes the look. We are still trying to get back wheels adjusted correctly as they do no spin easily, I am hoping if we loosen the bolts on rear wheels it will work better. The main concern is the wheels seem plastic and slip on wood, laminete, linoleum floors. So may only work outside or on carpet. We may be returning this if we can't get wheels to work properly.
