No rear camera in the box

Item didn’t come with a rear camera. The description clearly says 2 cameras. A dash cam is incomplete without a rear camera. I have been using the F200 model for a long time now and have both cameras. Not sure what to do now

No, I do not recommend this product.

Only has front-facing camera, not the rearview.

We actually returned this item because it didn't come with a rearview camera even though the website said it did. The box in the store had a giant shipping sticker overtop of the front of it so we couldn't tell whether it did or didn't and the employee wouldn't let us open the box to verify. Very disappointing that it didn't have the rear camera - hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Glad I ignored those 2 unbrilliant reviews, great cam and glad I upgraded my F70 from thinkware. Of course the camera won't save footage of you braking hard or swerving lmao, it goes by impact (giant pothole, hit a curb), you know. And I'm sure the lady misread 2k for 2 cameras as it sure only shows 1 front cam in the box. I had to adjust my saving footage sensitivity as slight potholes set it off, but easily done through the app. I inserted the SD card into my phone to watch the footage and it is great quality, nice upgrade from my 5 year old F70. Loving it, glad I upgraded

Box only came with one camera

Highly disappointed with this purchase. The box as well as the “Specifications” section stated that it comes with 2 cameras. To our surprise, when we opened the box, there was only the front camera. I was hopeful that there was a front and rear camera being it was described in numerous places of having multiple cameras in the box. Due to this purchase, we now have to purchase a separate rear camera, in turn, costing more money as well as time for installation.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: This product states -10 degrees Celsius as the minimum operating temperature. In that case, is this product suitable for the Canadian climate where it's -20 or below for a large portion of the year?
