Enjoyable and Affordable Product

I purchased this spa for therapeutic and health reasons, so it was used extensively. Unfortunately the heating element burnt out after about 4 months. However, heating elements are a typical replacement part of any spa. The part has been ordered from the United States, but shipping out of Quebec, Canada, so I expect no delays in receiving it within a few days. The service is quick and easy. They even emailed me links to repairing it myself when I didn't want to send in the part for repair. Service after the sale is what's important to me and they were fantastic. poor quality

not worth the money I bought this with not large expectations but it only comes with a 90 day warranty and the heating element shorted out 2 weeks after warranty was over and manufacturer was only interested in selling me new parts as opposed to warrantying something that was 2 weeks past expiration.I wasn't expecting to get 10 years out of this but it would have been nice if it would have lasted longer than 3 and 1/2 months

Great Sampler or Economical

If you're looking for economic way to save on a hot tub and are not to concerned with not using in the winter. Or want to try something out before investing in a more expensive hot tub, this is a great sampler. Bought this on sale. Wish there was more pictures (visual thing) to help set up; however, did not take to long. Book States takes 1 hour to increase one degree. Agreed it took around 10 hours to heat up.
Not terribly hot but enough to make you feel good. Normally sits at 35 C while sitting in it for around 10 minutes or so. Was surprised by the bubbles, they were pretty good. Sounds like a vacuum while using the bubbles, maybe a little louder than an regular hot tub. Used a radio to drown out the noise. Sits two quite comfortably. We have used it 5 times and noticed the air has remained the same since blowing it up. Hoping that it last a bit because for the price we paid totally believe it is worth it.

You Get what you pay for

It is very enjoyable. This is the 3rd year I'm using it after storing it for the winter and we are having problems with it. The buttons don't want to work right, the temperature wouldn't set, and the heater is not working proper now. IF you don't have the money to go by a regular hot tub this will work in a pinch but i'd suggest to start saving money to buy a real one if you spend alot of time in it.

Q: Can you buy the heater blower separately from the tub. We have a Sofine Corp. an inflatable hot tub Model PT 1503B and is a 1050 watt. Our heating element does not work and cannot get a replacement from Sofina.

A: there is an air pump inside of the unit that normally makes the bubbles it is just a matter of attaching the hose to a port on it and it inflates the tub reasonably fast

Q: What is the winter usage? What is the increase in heating costs for the year? Can this unit be used throughout the winter? In general, throughout the year, what impact will this have on my gas bill for keeping it hot all the time? Thanks.

A: this tub is not meant to be used in cold conditions so unless it is in a garage or basement it has to be put away for the winter

Q: Screen showing 5H Okay so thinking the heater is gone already. I'm a little disturbed about this only had tub since June. Everything works ie. Bubbles and filter but heater seems to not be worker. Anyone have this issue with the 5H or SH showing on the temp screen?

A: A hose is included with the spa. The hose is attached to the blower that generates the air jets, and then to the intake that inflates the spa. You turn on the air jets to the spa, and this air is used to inflate the spa. It takes about 10 minutes for full inflation. When complete, you remove the hose and put the caps on the intakes.
