Q: will it rip or tear easy?

A: Hello Sorry for the delay to reply as i was on vacation. This parka jacket is made with 300 Denier polyester and will not tear or rip easy. It is not as durable as 100% cotton canvas, but will still be difficult to rip. Thank you for the question and Happy New Year
