Be careful with the eyes blood pressure. I had problems (I am over 45 years old). Possible for some people it is ok.

hurts the feet

I have tried many different positions but it is impossible to totally invert without hurting my feet! I haven't been able to stay inverted for more than a minute at a time because it is very uncomfortable. I will be returning this product and trying something else.
