I like it!

Bought this treadmill on sale at CT, and had a bit of trouble to assemble like other reviewers, but was able to get it put together in a reasonable amount of time. My mechanic husband had to help me out with a couple of bolts, and he aligned the deck for me. Had a problem on the first day with the incline, I was very impressed with Tempo’s customer service line, which troubleshot the problem with me on the phone. In 10 min it was fixed! We have only had it for a week, but have used it every day. It is very quiet, good programs, easy to understand instructions. I am very happy with the product and customer service.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Absolute GARBAGE

Worst piece of machinery I have ever bought. At least 5 bolts didn't line up with the holes and either had to be forced or left out completely. After a painstaking 2 hours getting it together, I plug it in and there's no power to the console.
Buyer beware, no wonder it's on sale for such a great price

Bonjour, je possède ce tapis roulant depuis octobre 2009. Je marche de façon régulière et ce tapis va très bien. Les programmes sont agréable et très facile à comprendre. Il est silencieux et prend peu d'espace. À la moitié de son prix, il en vaut vraiment la peine. Je le recommande fortement.

Tempo 621 - great for the $

Ill start off by saying i was skeptical purchasing a "cheap" treadmill because i do a lot of running. I wanted to purchase one because i refuse to spend money for a gym membership and i already have my own weights so i dont need a membership. I saw the sale at CT for $549 which seemed pretty good deal so we went for it. I read all the reviews about so-so customer service, parts must be "jimmied" to get bolts to line up etc...Personally i had to jimmy some of the holes to lineup - no big deal. I havnt had to use customer service, YET - knock on wood. In regards to performance, other than getting the belt to tighten so it doesnt slip above 5mph, everything works really great. No complaints whatsoever, great purchase! (SO FAR, LOL)

Je ne peux pas parler de la durabilité car ca fait seulement quelques jours que je l'ai achetée mais je peux vous dire que c'est le meilleur achat a vie!!!
Très silencieux! Prends peu de place! Les 10 programme offert sont excellent et manuellement ces aussi plaisant! Je l'ai achetée a moitié prix soit de 549$ au lieu de 1099$.
Vous chercher un tapis de bonne qualité et abordable? Je vous le recommande sans hésiter!

Q: Tread moving When I turn on the treadmill the tread keeps moving to the left and gets caught on the side. No matter how much I tighten the back part this still happens, what can be the problem?

A: you need to track the belt. to track the belt if you are standing behind the unit and tighten the adjustment on the left hand side it will move the belt to the right. Same as if you tighten the right adjustment it will make the belt travel to the left. Make your adjustments very gradually allowing the belt to have time to make several revolutions to track properly. If you need to bring it over more then give more adjustment. Make sure your belt is not to tight when you start the tracking process.

A: if you're talking about the weekly flyer, there are usually a couple mistakes when printed. Flyers are made a bit in advance and corrections aren't spotted till they're sent out. The store usually will have a correction sheet of mistakes. Best information about the product will be on the product and signage in the store.

A: Oui on peut courir: y a un large inventaire de vitesses. Marche, marche rapide, course...Un excellent appareil. Ça fait plus d'un an que je l'ai, et va encore très bien (et il sert...)

A: I believe you are talking about the odometer feature. If that is correct, please try holding the user button for 5-10 seconds it will reset all the user information. If that does not work then there is also master reset, hold Incline + and Speed – for 5 seconds. Press + until you get to Eng3, “switch Function”. Then Enter. Press Incline +, Speed – again for 5 seconds. Press Enter until you get to Clear. Then press Start for 5 seconds to clear.

Q: I have the above tempo621T tread mill when you run on it and go over 3.5 on the speed setting the tread mill will start excellerating on its own to to top speed and you can't slow it back down, what needs to be replaced?

A: the best option is to call the customer service line for horizon and see what they say. They may be able to walk you through a touble-shooters to fix any problems.
