Feels really cheap and didn't work on my first try. I figured an expensive scraper would be superior but not the case. I returned it and got the cheap scraper that had a squeegee.

Q: The snow brush is fully extended and I can’t get it to unlock to shorten the brush.  When I press the button to shorten the wand doesn’t shorten. Thank you for your help.
