Maintenance • Wash with a soft, slightly damp cloth. • Do not use detergents, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners. • For stubborn dirt, use a product suitable for oiled wood. Protect and nourish the wood • The tiles are pre-oiled for better moisture resistance. • It is recommended to oil them upon installation and at the start of each season. • Apply a new treatment as soon as the wood feels dry to the touch. • Use only solvent-free exterior wood oils. • Never use a wire brush or a pressure washer. 1 Year limited warranty • It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the product and its intended use are compliant. • The warranty is valid for 1 year following the purchased date and upon proof of purchase. • The warranty covers only the defective parts that require replacement. • Technoflex undertakes to provide new parts as quickly as possible. • The warranty does not cover : shipping costs, travel, labor, communication or fee related to a claim, and direct and indirect damages. • Size variations of +/- 2 to 3 % due to climatic conditions are considered normal and are not guaranteed. • IMPORTANT : Wood is a living material that expands and contracts over time.
