Stops rain, strong arms so the wind doesnt do much to it. more than i've ever spent on an umbrella but it comes as advertised.

Not very good

Thought I would pay more for a "better quality" product since it was a gift, but I was sorely mistaken. One of the pieces of the umbrella frame busted on my partner in less than a year and dangled dangerously at eye level when using. Then when I opened it today to take a look, another piece of the framed busted. The frame pieces are secured by flimsy plastic and cannot be repaired.

The handle broke

It looked like a great umbrella...but the first time I used it the bottom part of the handle broke and then the handle would slide up and down the shaft. Very disappointing.
