I have both a Tassimo and a Keurig. They each have their good and bad points. I only drink decaf and your choices are extremely limited with Tassimo. I also find that I get a lot more error messages with the Tassimo where I have to fidget with the bar code to get the machine to read it. The water reservoir is also smaller and requires filters (more money to spend).
No, I do not recommend this product.

Got this as a retirement gift. Love it. I'm hooked on Tim Hortons coffee and I actually like the Tim Hortons coffee made in my Tassimo better than that purchased in the store. Makes perfect coffee every time. Easy to use and maintain. Plus, I like the pre-adjustable brew strength that is a feature of this model.

A: The target temperature of most of our coffees is 175F. The actual cup temperature can vary due to external factors (room temp, mug temp, air circulation, size of mug, etc.)

A: The Tassimo machine can make lattes by using T-discs. You cannot use k-cups with a Tassimo Machine.
