The plastic button to release the cooking racks melted and couldn’t remove the racks. Had to return to the store. It wouldn’t grill the meat I would look as though it was boiled. Had a hard time trying to cook it with grill marks, even though I used the automatic steak option. I even tried manual, it worked better but still not good
