It does the job

It wasn’t all that easy to put together. Definitely need 2 people. Some bits were frustrating. But once finished, it’s really functional of course. The instructions are really well written, in my opinion. The colour is definitely as expected - actually maybe a tad darker than I thought but it was no problem. It did scuff easily and that’s why I gave 4 stars. The shelves are super deep - hope to find some suggestions on how to best organize. It’s a sturdy unit, comes with safety attachment as well.

Great if you don't like doors

The location of the clothes bar is too far forward, causing the doors to not close properly. The is also a one inch gap between the doors. The space is 30 inches, the doors are each 15 inches, but there was no allowance for the additional side walls that the doors would be mounted too. Would add a photo but Canadian Tire can't reduce size of photos

Functional, but hard

This product is hard to put together, especially since the directions don't go into big detail about how to put it together. Also, we were missing a screw. Everything seems to wobble, and some of the holes were too big so the screws kept sliding out.
This item also looks nothing like the picture - the colour is a lot lighter, and more on the brown side, so if you're looking for a really dark wardrobe, this isn't the one for you.

I love this wardrobe. Instructions were semi easy to follow. You absolutely need 2 people to assemble. And yes set aside a bare minimum of 2 hours. My mom and I got it done in 1h45m with zero mistakes. It’s really easy to have a piece backwards or inside out.

Not the same as the picture

I purchased this item with the impression that the photo on the website and the photo on the box are the exact item that I thought I was getting. I was wrong. Item is made very cheap as to be expected for this price point but it does the job.

A: I've been a carpenter for 15 years. It took me about an hour to assemble this, and its INCREDIBLY poorly built. Its a terrible product. Its particle-board held together by drywall screws... there are no alignment dowels or pins of any kind to help you assemble it properly. Pre-drilled holes are almost entirely pointless. You WILL get frustrated and you WILL end up with a sub-par product.

Q: Is the left hand side of this cabinet set up (with holes in the walls) to put shelves on the left hand side as well? We are thinking of purchasing this cabinet rather than the smaller one, but we want to install shelves on the left side as well as the ones on the right.

Q: Would these be suitable for garage storage? Garage is not heated, but dry. Would it stand up to the seasonal fluctuations of temperature and humidity?

A: Hard to say for sure without trying it, but based on what I remember during assembly, I would guess that warping and/or bubbling of the laminate would be likely.
