Not-so-SMART plug

This is junk! No wonder it was on clearance! It does not sync with Alexa. It needs its own smart hub to make it work with it, so it’s not as “SMART” as it claims to be. There are much better options out there so returned it immediately.

Bought this to use with my Wink system. Pairing required a reset of the plug (hold down button for 10 seconds), but once reset it paired easily. Works perfectly once setup.

Works with Hue

Can confirm it will pair and works with Philips Hue systems. Will pair as a zigbee device and is fully controllable from the Hue app.

A: Yes, Alexa can be used to control the product. Can't be the Echo Dot but the Echo plus can be used as the hub to control these products.

A: Unfortunately the plug works won’t work directly with the Caseta system. However when paired to SmartThings or Echo plus, you can integrate that way.
