Q: should the bulbs be cleaned with alcohol wipes before installation, even if I use gloves to install them

Q: Warranty written on back of package states "guarantees full satisfaction" inside a 12 month period. If not satisfied return to CTC or to contact Sylvania. If a bulb fails inside 12 months will it be replaced or will I get my money back on the set ?
