Q: I went on line to get info about 9005 halogen bulbs -said they won't fit my 2018 Dodge Journey-went to the Canadian Tire Store in Barrie parts-said it fits my car--whats up with that ??

Q: Guides in-store and online stated the 9005 would fit my 2014 Hyundai Accent, but it does not. I should've just uninstalled my old headlight to see it says 9003, but I'm not sure why Canadian Tire guides stated to purchase 9005.
5 years agoA: Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. The Year, Make & Model of your vehicle has 2 options for replacement bulbs. If you vehicle is without projector type headlights you would need the 9003. If your vehicle is with projector type headlights you would need the 9005. Q: This product is shown as "does not fit 2015 Honda Pilot". Can you tell me what the issue is? Aren't 9005s universal?
6 years agoA: Hello, I do show that the 9005 SilverStar Ultra Headlight Bulb is the High Beam replacement bulb for a 2015 Honda Pilot. I will certainly inquire with the appropriate parties as to why it is not reflecting such on the Canadian Tire website.
