Cheap overflow piece

Sink is very nice but comes with such a cheap chrome finished overflow which pitted and peeled within 3 months of installation ruining the overall look of the sink

like my sink, but they used plastic overflow piece and it has all pitted and silver has flaked away making sink look cheesy
