Not Supported in SwannEye HD App.

I did some research into the product I bought, brought it home, was getting ready to install it, and I could not get the app to load on my apple product, on the app it said the developer has not updated this app for the iOS 11 apple platform and it won't be till December, it also doesn't show up as a compatible device for third party apps...
No, I do not recommend this product.

Camera works well, instructions are poor, vague

Camera works well, but setup instructions with kit are vague. Good technical support by phone though. Also the download instructions are most helpful for setting up the wifi...at http://www.swann.com/ca/swads-460cam.

Good camera so far but was a pain to set up. Use the SwannEye HD software. Best way to set up wifi is to use the ethernet cable to the modem in the house. Get everything working in the house before setting outside. Telephone help line was good. Disappointing in that it will not send an alarm or notification if there is movement at night.

Glad I bought it

All weather is right, had put it in a spot that I didn't know would dip excessively held up fine. Moved now to find a new spot just sucks that the the Ethernet cable so sort other than that I'm glad I bought it came with a 8 gb micro SIM card. Thanks swann

What a poor camera and program

I wish I could get my money back. I have wasted so much time trying to get it working. The programs always freeze that run it. I tried it with the computer, ipad and samsung. Canadian tire should not be selling this product.........
