Complete waste of time and money!

Would give no stars if I could. Item was purchased when it was on sale and used for 9 months before having electronic issues. Practically new condition as you’ll see in the photo. Attempted to resolved by contacting customer service by phone and email since Sept 3, 2023, often taking a month or more to reply. Was finally told on Feb 8, 2024, after 5 MONTHS of trying to contact customer service, that no resolution would be offered as it past the warranty period since it was purchased on sale. Worst experience I’ve ever had and complete waste of time and money.
