      Tire exploded

I bought this bike for my son. While pumping up the tire it exploded. It was well below the max PSI. Took it back to the store 2hrs later. They said no returns and that they will repair it. They did end up exchanging it and said the would fill the tires. They were still soft but said they are supposed to be that way. They are definitely not supposed to be. So we took home the 2nd bike and pumped it up to 45 PSI and stood far back in case the tires exploded again. They did not so hopefully while riding it, it doesn't happen! I would recommend listening to the reviews. I didn't read them until after.

Worst staff worst customer service, poor quality products

Purchased this bike literally 12-15days back and it’s pedal is broken by a casual riding only, how can it survive a harsh road then ? Also went to Canadian Tire to fix it ! The staff listerally said they will take an entire week to fix it as the bicycle builder will come someday and fix it and there is no specific day when I can expect my bike to get fixed ! Not only this the staff was too negative and was least helpful ! The managers were used a high tone to talk as if they are too busy and the store is literally empty! If the brand can not fix such a normal issue I don’t know how will it sustain! The manager lady also asked me to show a printed bill otherwise she won’t see my matter ( I showed her my digital bill ), if the managers are like this what can I expect the other crew members ! Literally what a waste !!

No, I do not recommend this product.

      • A: You would need to replace the rear wheel hub with a disc-brake ready hub and add a rotor, caliper, possibly a lever and cables depending on compatibility with the set you choose.
