Good design, poor quality

Easy to assemble but the extremely light weight materials means the bicycles bounce and sway A LOT. With that much bounce, it is sure to fatigue the metal before very long.

All in all, the rack works as intended. Just a couple things that chiseled it from a five star. When I picked this up at the store, it had obviously been open before. Everything was there … except for the instructions. Oh well, I eventually got it figured out. The only other concern is that there is no way to lock the rack to the bike. The easy ratchet lock system can just as easily be removed, freeing up the bike. Looks secured but really isn’t. On the up side, the 2” receiver adapter and threaded pin solidly secure the rack into the trucks hitch.

Cheaply made and not worth the money

this bike rack is very cheaply made. the knobs to tighten and lock the position in place aren’t very secure. the bar going into the trailer hitch was welded too far out so I couldn’t even put the middle knob on. the instructions are also terrible.
CT was great about the return but definitely spend more on a better bike rack.
No, I do not recommend this product.
