A: I believe you can but you have to have the key number that came with the keys it was a small silver plate it has your key identification number on it.

Q: How do you install the u-lock holder on the bike. There are two rings. I can't tell which one goes on the bike, and which one on the lock. Also, theres a small hinge/latch kind of thing on one of the rings. im totally lost! Supercycle 9 inch U-lock

A: I am not sure what you mean the lock comes with it put together already all you need to do is release the lock from the hanger and place the hanger on the bike. In the pictures I posted you will see which parts go where I hope it helps.

Q: How thick is the U lock shackle? Not the lock body itself, just the shackle. For example, the Kyryptonite lock listed here has a 14mm thick shackle.
