I bought this to go on my new bike and it works great But I am very disappointed that during this purchase all the CT awards I was to receive were not given. This is the 4th time now in a row which makes me wonder if the triangle awards program is maybe just misleading consumers or false advertising.

Bracket needs DIY help

Two issues with the bracket: 1. the packaging has a diagram of a lever to tighten the bracket, but the product itself has a screw and nut as pictured on the website. 2. the screw would not grab the nut so I had to supply my own nut to properly secure the bracket.
