Don’t work!

I bought this product and left it in the sun for 3 days as directed and it didn’t work. I left it as well as the second light in the sun for the another 4 + days and still neither one of them worked. I returned them. Product sounds like a good idea but useless.

Beware battery might be dead or installed in wrong direction

First, both battery was installed in wrong direction, waste two days to charge. Second, place them in right direction, again it won't charge, wasted another two days. After tested with voltage meter, indicates zero reading, so it's dead batteries. I had to purhase new rechargable 18650 battery to make it work. Well, it was on sale for a reason I suppose, but at least give a "head up" message, wasted a whole week to figure out dead batteries was installed. Not happey...

Q: The light will not shut off no matter how the sensor head is set.

A: Please try the reset procedure below, it will help us confirm which part of your unit is causing the issue. *STEPS* 1. Turn the main switch to OFF. 2. Ensure that the TIME setting is set to 60 seconds. 3. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment located on the back of the unit for a duration of 30sec and then reinstall them into the unit. 4. Turn the main switch to ON for 2 seconds and back to OFF. 5. Let the light charge for 1 day. 6. Turn the main switch to AUTO, observe the light indoors in a dark room this will eliminate any variables that may be causing your light to malfunction.
