just recently purchased this light - easy to install - like the fact that it has 3 X 2AA rechargeable batteries (in stead of 5 AA battery pack - rechargeable batteries - which are very hard to find ). So far it works to my satisfaction.

I have 5 of these lights that have been working year round for varying numbers of years. 3 are outside on walkways and 2 are inside sheds with the solar panel outside. Sunforce makes excellent products..... highly recommended.

Outdoor LED motion lights

This is the second one I purchase because the one I have is 3 years old and works fantastic still. Very bright. A must for dark security areas. I also installed it on out shed. lights up the entire shed when you walk in. NO electricity needed!!!

Q: How long does the light last on one average charge?

A: The Sunforce 100 LED Solar Motion Light is designed for intermittent illumination, the length of time the light comes on is fully adjustable with the maximum time being two minutes.

Q: Can the wiring between the solar panel and the light (15 ft.) be lengthened?

A: The wire that connects the solar panel to the motion light cannot be extended. One end is connected directly into the solar panel while the other has a connector. Any alteration to factory installed cabling could result in product failure and will void any warranty.
