Product was fine but a bit small for my liking so I took it back. This product was a bit of a pain to put together and I wasn't convinced of its overall quality

Sturdy Product

This large deck box holds all of our cushions easily. It's very sturdy. People sit on it without a problem. We also use it as a spare serving table.

Q: Can this unit stay outside during the winter, i.e. the plastic won't chip or crack in the cold temperatures?

A: It is always recommended that for longest life and best appearance, that outdoor furniture be removed from the harsh elements of winter, or at least covered, as you would a grill. That being said, unless it is impacted during extreme cold temperatures, it should remain structurally sound remaining outdoors. Any contents put in the storage area underneath could be not expected to be protected from moisture or snow.
