Nice and solid shed

I purchased this shed as storage for my snowblower and other winter accessories. The assembly was pretty easy except there were numerous errors in the assembly instructions provided. There were references to parts that were not in the kit and there were parts in the kit that were not in the assembly diagrams. This is the reason it does not get 5 stars. However, anyone with a little bit of assembly or mechanical knowledge will figure out where things go. If you've never assembled anything large and structural, get someone to do it for you. The shed itself is nice and solid with a reinforced roof. It just went through two days of heavy rain and the interior stayed perfectly dry. The door closure gap is ok but not perfectly aligned even though it sits on a perfectly flat foundation. But this is to be expected with a plastic shed. Overall, I am satisfied with this shed. I highly recommend it.

The shed is not particularly sturdy. The purpose of this review is regarding the delivery I paid for with Canadian Tire. I paid $100 to have the shed delivered 3 blocks away due to weight. CT subcontracted to Armour Transport. Armour called me the day after I ordered and asked about delivery instructions. I asked them to place it out of sight of the road. The driver called me the day of delivery and I repeated that instruction but they left it horizontally with the receipt still attached completely blocking my driveway so anyone in a truck driving by could have stolen it and prevented me from being able to access my driveway. I had to open the box and take it piece by piece to the back yard. I called Canadian Tire and Armour since I paid over $1000 for this shed and $100 for delivery and they provided terrible service. Armour completely ignored my complaint and Canadian Tire said it wasn’t their problem. I’ll never order delivery Canadian Tire again.

Like others have said the diagram for the foundation doesn’t match where you need them. Make sure you lay the floor down to make sure the lag bolts spots on floor will hit the 2X6. Side note 2 floor panels where different colours 1 black and one tan. Some of the screw holes had little to no plastic to screw the screws into. It’s ok for a temporary shed. Not something that will last 20 years. It was what I expected so will give it the 4 star.

A: We haven’t used it through the winter yet but it’s held up all summer in some pretty bad rainstorms. we keep out cushions in there and they stay dry and haven’t gotten mildew or anything.

Q: Can the floor be removed? Looking for a shed to enclose pool pump.

A: You'd lose significant structural integrity if you removed the floor, and there would be nothing to anchor the structure to the ground. The walls essentially hook into the plastic floor, which must be tied to a concrete pad or wooden frame. There's no mechanism to tie the walls directly to a concrete pad, unless maybe you got creative with some metal brackets.

Q: Is it possible to reverse the roof, so the back of shed can be placed against house and allow snow/rain to drain away?

A: I don't think you can reverse it as the top parts have right and left sides to fit into the wall. All you could do would be try to put it together in the opposite sides to see if they would still fit. Otherwise this shed is really great.

A: Yes . The Shed comes equipped with a floor . As to your second inquiry, we do not recommend allowing snow to remain on the roof for long periods of time.
