Q: How does the Suncast Hose Reel Replacement come off. Locked or screwed on. Thanks in Advance.

A: If you have the correct model, there are four Phillips screws to remove. The retention plate is removed, take out the old part and install the new. I have two different model Suncast reels. This part will only repair one and I had to find new seals for the other one.

Q: How can I order this kit, online it says it is discontinued at the stores in my area but there are Canadian Tire stores in Toronto that have stock.

Q: Is this for Yardworks or Suncast? We just purchased this, labelled as a Yardworks hose reel repair kit for a wall mount. The description online is for Suncast Sidewinder reel. The skew # matches this online photo for Suncast but the product is labelled Yardworks

A: This product has the same manufacturer but has changed brand to Suncast, it will work interchangeably as a hose reel repair kit.
