Steaming the point.

I have had my since 2017 and I love it. It heats up quickly and keep the steam on point when making creases on my uniform paints and shirts.

I bought this 2 & half years ago , today smells like something burning inside . And also scratch marks on the sole plate & one spray button stop working . I like this Iron , 3 years warranty on the box . What is the solution. I have receipt too , bought in Calgary from Walmart store

I bought this thinking it was a great iron. Looked all over to find this, thought it to be a great iron.....definitely not. Lasted just yrs. and out the door it went. Consistent red light issue, blinking non-stop. Used maybe....20times....so mad.

Only one complaint, not putting the fabric 9n the dial... polyester/ cotton/ wool. I list the manual and although I k ow polyester is low setting, how low ? And what steam setting?

Not happy!

Just tried this iron for the first time today. So far it worked fine, but neither my husband or I like to guess at what setting it should be on. I also was told by the salesperson, that the fabric indicator would be in the instruction manual, but it is not. I will be returning the iron.
