Their products never last. I love how this product has multiple marketing photos of a lady wearing it, leaning back onto a couch, yet they won't replace their broken product under warranty if you use it in the same way she does. For shame, Sunbeam.

Not very hot

I purchased this product again, twice, and returned each. Originally bought 6-7 years ago and loved how hot it was. I still have it and works perfectly but wanted to buy an additional one for household. The new heating pad is not hot, it is warm and does not have the same impact. Heat feels like 6/10

I've had mine for a few years now. No problems. Heats up nicely. Use it while I'm working and the stress levels are building up!

I bought one recently. Took it home and tried it, then promptly returned it. Even on the highest setting it was luke warm.

We will be more than happy to rectify your issue today. Please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below.
1. Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
2. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
3. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
If in future, you will encounter this issue, try the troubleshooting techniques that we sent you.
If you need any assistance, we encourage you to please give us a call at 1-800-435-1250 or email us at sunbeamconsumercare@newellco.com and we will get you all taken care of. NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEFFECTIVE CONTROLLER (WON'T STAY ON & THEN IT CAN'T BE TURNED ON AT ALL. FIRST ONE LASTED 6 MONTHS & THEN NOT QUITE 8 WITH THE SECOND. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SHORT LIFE BUT WORK GREAT AT THE BEGINING.
