The heater works very well with temperatures up to 30C or 86F. The display panel on the unit tells you the setting and temperature it is set at. The remote is were it fails. You can change the settings & temperature but you have no way of knowing what changes you have made as the remote does not have a display. You have to walk to the unit to see what the setting and temperature is making the remote semi-useless. The remote however is good from a distance to raise & lower the temperature and to turn the oscillation on and off.

I bought this heater a years ago, and it doesn't work anymore . it's fan got problem and it stopped working.

We have had 2 of these in our unheated detached garage for about 5 years and they are still working great! Most of the winter they are set on their FrostProtect 5 C setting to keep things from freezing, but sometimes we heat it up to 22 C to do work out there and we have never had a problem with either unit. These units provide very good value for the money.

A: There are four main reasons for heaters not being rated by room size which are: 1. The amount and type of insulation used in the construction of the room. 2. The number of outside doors and windows in the area as well as their efficiency rating. 3. The overall tightness of the area in relationship to drafts (construction). 4. The outside temperature in relationship to the desired inside temperature.
