Subpar, not subzero

They should change the name to Subpar instead of subzero. Takes over 1 minute to drill 1". In 20" ice, do the math, multiply by 6 holes.
The blades are not enough at an angle, so the head slides left and right until at least 4 inches in the ice, then the auger helps line it up. It's well worth the money to buy the other model that is 20$ more.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not sure how much ice fishing I was going to do so bought this auger and so far I very happy with it! I went through 18inch of ice in no time. I made 6 holes that day!!! For the price yo cannot go wrong!

Does not cut through good quality ice.

Took this auger out for a spin today with terrible results. There was about 10 inches of clear beautiful ice and could not cut through it. I tried again closer to shore and was able to cut through some rotten ice. Sigh. I'll be returning this ASAP.

Q: Does Canadian Tire sell replacement blades for this specific model, and if so could you post a link to them in the answer? The thread on one blade was stripped from regular use. Need a new one. Hope they're somewhat cheap!

A: It is made by Normark so yes the swedebore blades fit on this one.

A: The flight is 30” but a 12” extension can be added as well.

A: You would need to add an extension to go more than 36”. The time to drill would really depend on ice conditions and user ability.

Q: what is the overall length? what is the length of the pieces broken down?
