A: Yes, it works on any 4 cycle engines. If your vehicle has a higher compression engine (10:1 or higher) this product should be added on top of premium fuel of 91 octane+.

A: The best way to mix it is to add it straight to your gas tank when you're filling up at the gas station. Add some octane booster in your tank first, followed by premium gasoline to achieve the best results.

A: You could, yes but usually most 2 cycle engines have a lower compression. This definitely won't hurt it but probably won't do anything. Waste of money I'd say. Simply use better quality 2 cycle racing oil and fresh gas for best results

A: STP Octane Booster will boost 87 octane gasoline to 88 octane. It contains the maximum allowable amount of MMt that can be sold for on road use. You could use 2 bottles and get to 88.5 Octane

Q: max octane level Hi there. Will this product upgrade octane level 87 to octane level 91 in a 68 litre tank with one bottle? Basically 4 point upgrade.

A: When OB is added to 87 octane fuel you get approximately a 1 octane number increase, depending on the particular fuel. When added to 91 octane fuel the increase is somewhat less.

While I haven't used it yet, I will use it in my 4-stroke snowblower this winter. I'll also be using it in all my small 4-stroke engines including my generator and my classic 1999 Honda Z50R mini bike. I've trusted STP products all my life.
