Just got it a couple days ago but did grate some cheese for my salad...made the cheese so light and fluffy..very happy with my purchase:))

Great Grater

I love this grater. So very easy to use when you don’t have a lot of arm strength like most other manual graters need. It makes easy work of Parmesan cheese. My only complaint would be that it is difficult for smaller hands to open/separate the base as it is awkward and takes some strength to push the side tabs in. I usually end up asking my hubby to open it for me because my thin fingers aren’t long or strong enough to do so.
