Poor build and inaccurate

I bought this about a week ago to use with monitoring temperatures when steaming milk. Within that time, the hinge on the head unit has become so loose it cannot hold its position. The unit seems faulty as the temperature starting jumping up and down erratically. I tried replacing the battery (which itself is harder than need be) and the new one worked for a few days and then the temperature reading issues came back. Overall this seems to be a poor quality unit which surprised me given the other reviews.

A: Il faut twister l'écran vers la droite car c'est écrit "open/ouvrir" avec 1 petite flèche sous l'écran qui montre dans quel sens twister.
