Great peeler

I bought this to help with peeling apples when making pies. It turns out that it works very well. I was able to peel about a dozen apples in about 15 minutes.
Be sure to put a bowl next to whatever you're peeling to catch the peels. Otherwise, it can be a bit of a mess.

A: Thanks for your question! Yes it is possible to only peel with this device, you simply: 1. Remove the slicing and coring blade. 2. Put the apple on the stainless steel prongs and make sure the peeler is activated. 3. Turn the handle clockwise until the apple is completely peeled. 4. Pull the peeler back and remove the apple from the stainless steel prongs

A: Good day, The Apple Peeler is specifically designed to peel apples and we do not recommend using it to peel potatoes. Have a good day!

A: Good Day,, You can peel most vegetables that will fit on the prong but things like oranges etc. will not take the whole peel off as the skin is too thick.
