Design not as pictured, sizing not as described

The helmet was not as pictured (received one with Kylo Ren images, not a rebel pilot as shown) It was also not the size as described in the item details.... it said that it’s sized for 21”-23” but the one I received was not in this range. It was much smaller. (Infant sizing) Returned to the store.
