Warranty is no good.

I have two ratchet here that were bought from canadiantire and now they say I have to call Stanley. Stanley says it's a 2 week wait. I wouldn't buy although it says warranty redeemable at any canadiantire.

3/8 Ratchet

I’ve bought two of these socket sets that come with the ratchet. Used the ratchet about 4 times and the first one the guts seized in it. So i bought another ratchet to replace it and the guts fell out. This is my third time buying a ratchet and all three broke. Now i have two socket set with missing 3/8 ratchets.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Ratchet does not work anymore

3/8” ratchet broke and doesn’t work. I called up customer care and they asked me to go to the store and I go to the store they asked me to call the number on the box for a free replacement as Stanley had a lifetime warranty. I am just going in circles. When they have a lifetime warranty and a replacement assured I am not sure why I am being kicked around. ☹️

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is there rebuild kit for this ratchet? Or do I need a receipt for warranty?

A: Stanley has a lifetime warranty for this, anytime I tried to go in and swap it out as per that suggestion above they tell me not a chance, has to go through warranty. I was waiting 6 weeks for the replacement 3/8” rachet
