Cruiser Accessories Standard Locking Fasteners with Star Pin are designed to uniquely deter the removal of any license plate frame from a vehicle without the Star Pin wrench. These fasteners can attach a novelty/license plate, frame, shield, mount and/or fastener caps to a vehicle - choose one or all of these options! Made of stainless steel and designed to be used with domestic vehicles. Includes 4 standard #2 Phillips fasteners (1/4" x 3/4" (6.355mm x 19.05mm), 4 plastic nuts and 1 Star Pin wrench for installation. Keep wrench for future use.
