Absolute garbage

I mounted two of these on my '12 Ram 1500. After mounting the first one, I discovered the step is under the body, and I banged my ankle getting in and could only use it to get out if I climbed out of the truck as if I were using a ladder. Having already drilled holes in my truck, I decided to just mount the other one and be done.
A few months later, while driving a rutted road, I bumped the ground with one of the steps, and it shattered into a half dozen pieces. I'll be going back to running boards, and not steps, after this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible installation instructions - the photos are not labelled well and the pieces don’t make sense on how they fit together, so not an intuitive product for to use

Bought these for my 2014 GMC truck but returned them as they would not protrude from the truck body far enough and would not sit low enough to allow a person to be able to use them with boots on

Work great easy to install was short a couple of the bolts but went to the store a purchased what I needed instead of waiting for them to be shipped.

A: That would depend on the vehicle, inside the box it comes with various spacers and instructions. I wish Canadian tire would do a "unboxing" or "what's in the box" video. I hope this helps and you can Lways return it

A: Should fit they’re virtually universal, you’ll more than likely have to drill holes. Had installed some on my 2015 ram and had to drill holes but installed just fine.

A: Hi there, thank you for your question. The Bully BBS-1103 Truck Side Step (CTC SKU 0342092) will not fit a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. But, if installed the drop in inches will be 7" long x 3-5/8" wide.
