I tried this tip on my car amongst a few others and finally decided to stick with it due to it's deep melodic sound. It appears to be made from good quality stainless steel and looks real good. It's 2.5" inlet means it can slip over top many of today's exhaust outlets. Highly recommended!!

A: Hello Watsey13.. If you're running a factory exhaust you'll get a slightly deeper tone, but it won't make it louder. If you're running straight pipe then yes, the 3.5" SS tip will tune the sound nicely and make it resonate, plus it will amplify the pop & crackles from the unburnt fuel as it passes through the cat.

Q: Is this tip compatible for a 10 gen civic?

A: The vendor has not been able to do the test fit with #7004 tip on 2016+ civic (10th gen). Please note that there’re regular version and special edition difference between the US & Asia spec of the muffler tip, so the spec of the tip may be different as well. However, the inlet diameter is 2.25" and the outlet diameter is 3.5" which may be able to help determine if it will fit.
