Seems like the 1 Star review got the wrong product, their is another exactly the same but no bonus case. They have probably bought this one Product #075-5701-4 with no bonus case. It shows the bonus case as well on the box if you revived the proper item. Iv bough a total of 7 of these so far and ALL have come with the bonus lockbox. Its great and works well and going to get another today

This case is good bang for the buck if you get it less than half price (like black Friday). For the "normal price", it would leave a lot to be desired. The biggest complaint is the cheap paint. Also, the carry case is a lot smaller than I expected; it would only hold a very small pistol and the actual packaging advertises only holding cell phones etc in it. It was already assembled (minus the shelves inside). The shelving should have been a bit better planned out so that you didn't have to tip the whole thing over to bolt part of the center divider. It would have been nice if instead of just holes there were nuts welded inside, but for the price this is to be expected. Put some felt feet on the bottom and the bolts won't be an issue when moving it. It would also be nice if the shelves were a better fit, they are very slightly oversized and while they fit fine, they scratch the paint off the sides when you push them into place. Minus those minor gripes, the cabinet seems pretty good. The locking mechanism feels sturdy and reliable and there are bolt-down holes if you wish to use them. Also the plastic barrel rests have "extenders" to accommodate guns with scopes that need a little extra clearance. I also appreciate the humor, intended or not, in needing a *9mm* wrench to setup. Side note: the other reviewer that had a hard time with the sticker either got unlucky, or the company has taken their advice. My stickers came off no problem in just a few seconds in one piece each.

For starters, Canadian Tire's picture of the unit is dead wrong. They're showing the little bonus case that you get with the main cabinet, so that's pretty fail. The unit itself isn't bad, it's pretty much what you'd expect and the quality is decent. The minor complaint I have is that being all black makes it a nightmare to assemble, looking for holes inside a dark cabinet sucked. My major gripe is about the company and their insistence on plastering the thing with giant stickers, obviously for merchandising purposes. The one has to be about 3 square feet, and has so much glue on it it's horrible to try to remove - it made a huge mess of my cabinet. We had to clean it for hours trying razor blades and goo-gone etc. Not cool. It's 2015, stack on...it's called vinyl. Just as adhesive, but removes instantly. Static cling, heard of it?
