I purchased these for my very small son and the box said the skates were for his age range and the size were up to size 2. My son wears usually a size 12-13 yet he couldn't get them on with his shoes on ( the way they are to be worn) and weren't made to wear without shoes. So they are extremely small and the straps broke within the first few mins of trying them on. They are cheap and plastic so once the snap breaks they can't be used and you need the straps to secure the skates or the skate comes completely off. Don't waste your money unless your child is very young or has really small feet.
