I purchased one of these on sale. I registered the camera on the app and started receiving someone elses pictures. After a day of arguing with tech support I returned the camera. Best I could get was an exchange. I now have one that works (sort of) however even in full sun with 12 hours of sun a day and 18 c average temps it will not keep the battery charged for more than a few days (with a few medium quality pictures a day). Also in the event you do require tech support dont even bother with AI assited chat tool as its useless. Furthermore you might as well buy a San disc Micro sd card becasue even if it doesnt fix your issue tech support wont do much to help you until you have one. I also reached out to spypoint following the initial release of this review at the number provided in the comments. Another waste of time...

Not a good design

Camera lasted about a year before it filled internally with water and then stopped working. Other issues: -way too slow to send photo to app (i've had delays anywhere from 5min to 12 hours), no matter what setting you use -resolution from app poor inless you purchase HD photos thru app separately - trigger doesn't seem consistant - sometimes photo taken many seconds after trigger , other times instant Pros: - battery life seems ok - cell connectivity seems ok - Night vision clarity ok

No, I do not recommend this product.

I'm had multiple cameras before but this one just works. Cell phone connection is better and consumes less power than the other brands. I bought an mother brand 5 days before and returned it. the solar panel makes it even more independent. since my purchase it has seen all times of Canadian weather! It just works all the time!
