Southwire NMWU 14-3 is used for underground installations, including direct burial, at conductor temperatures not exceeding 60®C and for wet and corrosive locations such as wet basement
Maximum voltage rating for all intended applications is 300 volts
Material should be properly stored above 0®C for 24 hours prior to installation
For three-conductor cables, the minimum recommended installation temperature is minus 10®C
Minimum recommended installation temperature is minus 40®C for two-conductor cables (sizes AWG 14 through AWG 6) and minus 25®C for all other sizes
Made using annealed (soft) copper conductors, compressed stranding for the stranded conductors, a PVC insulation and a nylon jacket for the phase conductors
Sunlight-, moisture-, and fungus-resistant PVC jacket surrounds overall construction
