We bought this at CTC Fredericton, packaging was in great shape, the guy on the floor helped put it in our vehicle, I assembled it in about 30 minutes, the entire unit was in excellent condition, exactly as pictured, we are very satisfied!!

Happy find

It was difficult to find an electric fireplace this size that included a shelf for electronics, so i was happy to find this one in stock at a local store. It took a bit of work to assemble, but instructions were clear and I managed on my own (I'm a 66-yr old grandma). I like the look of it very much. My only complaint is that I was surprised that it doesn't have a thermostat, otherwise I likely would have given it 5 stars.

Cozy and perfect for its purpose

I've wanted a fireplace for our sitting room for awhile. This was a perfect solution as it was on sale over the weekend. It was relatively easy to put together. The most difficult part was putting the screws in to secure the fireplace front to the cabinet (the space is very tight). I was also missing a door handle screw from my hardware, but they have a customer service line to call for replacement parts. It is a sturdy piece of furniture and it gives off great heat. There was a small defect in the top of the cabinet where it appears that the pieces of wood didn't align, but it is minor. Also, the metal latches didn't line up to the doors, so we had to move the metal pieces so that the two doors securly shut. Overall, a great product for the cost.

Covered In Nail Holes

Fireplace was not in stock at our local store so we drove 2 hrs away to Summerside PE to pickup one from there. Opened the box as soon as we got home and all exterior panels have nail holes. The front doors had 28 nail holes each that were not filled in and completely noticeable. Not even sure why there would need to be nails on the front doors and side panels. Fortunately, we can return to the store in Charlottetown, so only an hour drive, but completely disappointed and wasted a whole day to get this fireplace.
No, I do not recommend this product.
