Needed FOUR applications of solvent!

Gave it a 2-Star Rating, because it only removed a very small part of the sticky varnish residue, requiring me to apply a SECOND coat of solvent; wait for the solvent to properly dry; but still required another coat, or a THIRD application, to let the solvent work! After the third application, the sticky varnish seemed minimized although NOT completely removed, and a FOURTH application was required. This seemed too tedious, to apply REPEATED coats of the solvent, and the surface to be painted required an additional sanding, then cleaned "again" with the solvent, meaning that was the FIFTH application just to remove the sticky varnish residue and prep the surface to be painted again!

I needed to clean up the old Dicor self leveling sealant on the roof of my trailer around the vent. It helped a lot. It was almost impossible to scrub out this old sealant without damaging the roof’s membrane.

Too bad Canada put dumb VOC regulations in place for "cleaning up" our dirty air... The substitute mineral spirits is pathetic and more expensive, not to mention way more flammable. Bring back 100% mineral spirits.
