Q: can this be used to de-ice fuel lines in motor vehicles

A: Hi there, I just wanted to inform you that while Methyl Hydrate is the primary ingredient in fuel line deicer, deicer products typically have additional additives. However, Solvable Methyl Hydrate does not contain any additional additives. We cannot provide a recommendation on the use of pure Methyl Hydrate in fuel lines, as we are unsure of its effectiveness.
