Terrible product, but not allowed to return it!

It was faulty. The store did not allow me to return it. They said: "It is used , so we cannot resell it." It should not be resold because it is faulty. So it seems it was returned by another customer after discovering it was faulty. Because it did not look "used", they sold it to me. They said I can buy something else the same value or more.

A: It does need water pressure to work efficiently but it might sort of work to a lesser degree using gravity

Q: Huh?!?! This website listing is illustrated with 2 *different* photos, one showing a flat hose and another showing a tubular hose. Which photo correctly portrays the hose that's for sale?

A: We have multiple soaker hoses like this. They are flat when the water is off and then when you turn the water on, they fill up into the tubular shape and seep the water
