Great product with recommended upgrade

I bought the DK plow 2 years ago. It was easy to assemble. I have only used it twice due to the extremely mild winters. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the corner guides. Both of the guides were made of hollow plastic tubing pressed onto a mounting screw. Both of the corner guides detached from the mounting screws during their first use. I have upgraded the corner guides with ones containing a spring mounted inside the guide tube attached to the mounting bolt. Highly recommend you upgrade to this type of guide. They have not failed since replacing them.

Not Waterproof

The assembly that goes under the hood is not waterproof so make sure you install it in a way that it will not be exposed to water. I learned this the hard way.

Only 4 star. This is my 3rd wireless remote kit since I purchased my SnowBear plow. They just quit working after a few years use.

Does not stay connected - need to play with connector box to make i

easy hook up, worked great for about 2 weeks. Now the connector box does not stay engaged. Connection is lost and I have to open the hood and play with the connection box until I find the sweet spot. This happens mid plow. Remote seems to work good, but there is a slight delay in the shut off.
